2008 is the year things get done
Initially I'm setting my goals low and ratcheting them up as I accomplish them. Each week I will be going to the gym 2-3 times. On the financial side I will be setting a hard goal of combining my high interest credit cards and getting out of debt completely in the coming years.
I have been going to my gym, Club Fitness - Power House, consistently since December but only recently have I been able to be there 3 times or more per week. Its given me more energy that I've had in years. I've never done much in terms of fitness since high school so hitting the gym this much is actually very empowering. I'll be keeping track of my progress mainly just to hold myself accountable but here goes nothing.
